David Price

David Price is currently enrolled in the MS program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University, Nebraska. He is serving as an intern at Herald Square.
Raised in both Texas and Minnesota, David has been in Japan since 1995. He’s worked in both Japanese and multinational companies for the past 25 years, managing teams, divisions, and companies. As a result of what he’s seen and experienced, one core area of David’s therapeutic focus is to help those with work place and cultural stress, with connected issues including but not limited to relationships, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety.
David has two decades’ experience mentoring those with substance abuse and workplace issues. He has two years experience working for a crisis center, where he utilized a person centered approach. He employs Motivational Interviewing (MI), and has certification in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
