| 2. ADHD Screening (Quick Assessment) Includes interview, rating scales, CPT, and verbal feedback. Written summary available if needed. |
¥45,000 – ¥65,000 |
| 3. ADHD Evaluation (Focused) Includes cognitive screening, executive function testing. Also includes a concise written report. |
¥110,000 – ¥160,000 |
| 4. Comprehensive Cognitive & Learning Evaluation Includes full cognitive, academic, and executive functioning assessment with detailed report. Commonly used for school accommodations, university support, and workplace documentation. |
Japan: ¥180,000 – ¥280,000 US / International: $2,200 – $3,800 |
Additional Time / Extended Services
Some evaluations require additional records review, interpretation, school coordination, or extended report writing. When additional time is needed beyond the original estimate, it is billed at the standard professional rate. (¥20,000 per hour)
We make every effort to discuss significant additional time in advance.
Deposit Service
This payment reserves your evaluation process and secures your appointment priority.
The amount will be applied toward the total evaluation fee.
Remaining balance will be discussed and scheduled after initial consultation.
Payment Plan

• 50% due at testing session
• Final balance due upon report completion
